The only real advantage of exfat over fat32 is the recognition of files over 4 GB in size. If you are not doing high definition movies on it regularly I would recommend standard fat32 formatting because it will give you the highest amount of compatibility in case you want to use your card in other devices.

I used 64GB sdcard, formatted to NTFS, which was read and performed flawless to play 12GB 1080p mkv movie.
