[ROM] RK3066 Custom Firmware Orgos V1.0C Android 4.04
Hi ORGOS, about which changing of desktop background you are speaking?
I was a possibility to change it. Unfortunately they are not very suitable for every day use.
Hi Sergiy, I say isn't possible change the background from the launcher menu, from settings it is possible.
@orgos
thanks again for your job
I have a dream : the 97s firmware dated june 8th was working great : no battery issue and no problem to install large apps and good benchmatk results. I would really appreciate to have a custom firmware with 3GB for apps and already rooted like orgos 1.0C : I know, I ask too much, but it is a dream :cheerful:
You mean the original version? I was reviewing some time ago, of that version I had the idea of a customized rom I had some problems, but was at first, now I understand a little more inside the rom, give me a few days and conclude it is feasible, however the battery life on the FMI version is very good, possibly miss this feature.

Regards and thanks for comments.

I used the 97s June 8th firmware before flashing Orgos's latest ROM and personally I think a return to the 97s firmware would be a backwwards step. The batter indicator on the 97s firmware doesn't work as accurately and the battery life doesn't appear to be as good.

You know I had the same problems with original 0608 firmware on my 97s, but it seems bach0405 had another one firmware, because of no battery issue I had.
I can confirm the Aoson M11 is compatible with this ROM as well (except for the touchscreen, which uses Goodix but switching kernels should work). Also, I think the Visture V4 is compatible as well. If anyone got a copy of the firmware for this one, I would be glad to have one as well (they got JB out yesterday...).
Hi,
I tried to download the visture 4 firmware but download failed at around 90 MB (271 MB file). Did someone succeed in downloading it?

Cheers

Hi guys,

After i be try with some jb rom, i can confirm ;

Visture 4 isn't compatible with u3gt9. It have o bug with the battery, is possible that the product don't have the same battery information with the two models.
N90 2 have some different with own tables. I can't load the rom, kernel have some big differences...

At the moment, i can't implement a rom in our devices. :/

It is o bad new...

Here is a link for the Visture V4 JB : http://www.baidupcs.com/file/V4%20FW/Visture-V4%20Android%204.1%20FW%2020120831.rar?fid=571188649-250528-486554876&time=1346903812&sign=FPDTAE-DCb740ccc5511e5e8fedcff06b081203-AAxkKFw2NhKa5H1C%2Fpzb5r1ePVY%3D&expires=8h&digest=c13057a53140265de895b0de2d6efad4

I am uploading firmware to a mirror for those that have problems with the download site.

I can confirm that the Visture firmware works with most of the tablets in this thread.
However, there may be some issues related to battery, though I have not experienced any problems yet on an OEM Yuandao N90 tablet. There appear to be some battery related files missing from the firmware, as battery usage stats are not available.

Hopefully we will get a modded version before long.

Thanks,
I got it from tablet republic
I don't really see an improvement (not as fluid as orgos FW)

I just tested it with antutu : strange results; CPU is much lower (around 3000 instead of 4100) but graphics are better (70 fps instead of 60 fps).
I confirm the battery indicator issue (1% instead of 100%?).

I go back to Orgos 1.0C. Thanks to CWM, system and data restored

Hi guys, i installed 1,0c rom on my 97s,but seems to have the problem with,battery.
Someone have some expirience with,because it is useless i disassembled the tab and there is large batt inside,but can't be charged( when indicator shows 99% voltage is under 3.4volts and for charged batt it have to be 4.2volt )
Are you sure that is not hardware problem?
There is no app to show battery voltage too,like quick system info....etc
Just batt management IC can't be readed by CPU and that's a BIG problem....

@cabelist
I have the same trouble with my 97s. To be sure to have full charge, you need to have 100% and not 99%. Once you have 100%, this level can stay a few hours then it goes down slowly up to 90%. After approximately 90% it geos down rapidly (1% / minute).
So once I have 95%, I use the battery charger.
The main difficulty is that once you get 99% with the charger connected, it doesn't mean that you have 99%.

I don't think it is a hardware issue because I never experienced this with the 97s firmware. This may be due to the fact that our devices have different battery sizes, and the battery indicator may be disturbed by using a firmware with different capacities or voltages.

It is just a guess.
