Pipo Max-M9 has black horizontal line running through screen on first day


I flash the riley rom and I'm hoping that may be the problem although this really looks like a hardware issue. Has this happened with anyone else with Pipo tablets? I'm trying to decide whether to exchange it or get my $$ back. I think if I go for the exchange I might get another bad on out of the same lot. Any feedback or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
